The Board delegates authority for all day to day management of the Group’s activities to the Executive Committee (ExCO). ExCo is chaired by Mr Cumhur AliCem and consists of Advisors and Directors responsible for the strategic business units and key functions. It meets formally once a month and focuses on safety, performance, people and strategy.
Park Invest, meets their sister companies regularly, and performs Advisory meetings exchanges between them.
Park Invest works on turnkey base, project management, manufacturing, Senior Level Management, Advising and Consulting; and so on, all depends on the project itself and needs of the investor or the Governmental Bodies.
